Daiginjo Tojinohomare

This luxurious sake is crafted by selecting only the most aromatic portion of the Daiginjo mash and gently pressing it without applying any pressure, using time and care. It offers a rich, melon-like aroma reminiscent of the fermenting mash. The palate is soft and smooth. Best enjoyed well-chilled in a wine glass to fully appreciate its fragrance.

这家清酒酿造厂位于佐贺县嬉野温泉度假区。井出酒造由井出义郎于1868年创立。酒厂取名“虎之子”（Toranoko），寓意“如同老虎对幼崽的深切关爱，我们希望我们的清酒能够长久地被人们珍视和享用，并像奔跑千里的老虎一样，名扬四海”。由于酒厂位于嬉野，目前所有酿酒师都是茶农，在不酿酒的时候种植嬉野茶。他们采用传统的冷泡法，珍视手工技艺，一丝不苟地酿造清酒。
