Vintage 32nd year by The Shinyuho

With 32 years of maturation, this sake boasts a mesmerizing amber clarity and an unparalleled depth of flavor, making it almost unrecognizable as traditional sake. Its complex aroma and the harmonious balance of sweetness, acidity, bitterness, and umami create a refined tasting experience. As a well-aged koshu, it offers remarkable depth and richness while maintaining an astonishing freshness. The interplay of caramel-like sweetness, bitter chocolate-like depth, and fruity-spicy complexity results in a silky-smooth texture that glides effortlessly across the palate. "Shinyuho" is a deeply matured Junmai Koshu, best enjoyed at room temperature, slightly chilled, or gently warmed to around 42°C to fully reveal its intricate layers.
