Kamuibarshu Limited Label Kamikoboshi Standard Kisake

A Junmai sake brewed with rice polished down to 60%. It features a subtle ginjo aroma and the natural umami of the rice. This sake has a rich, dry flavor profile. Its refreshing acidity, reminiscent of white wine, and the lingering rice taste are key characteristics.This is the unpasteurized version (namazake) of Shinrei’s base standard sake.

由漫畫家藤原神威創作的元宇宙計畫「藤原神威詩篇」與愛媛郡水口酒造合作。合作酒款「神威吧酒（Kamui Barshu）」以藤原設計的世界觀為藍本，與粉絲們共同開發和進化內容。主題是「世界初創時期的地球，神與人共存的世界」。故事背景設定在安提誇大陸。故事講述了眾神與信仰他們的人們共同創造理想世界的故事。
