This is the flagship brand of Matsui Brewery, which is committed to unfiltered, undiluted, and unpasteurized sake. Using mainly sake rice from Kyoto, the ginjo brewing method brings out a gorgeous aroma and a solid rice flavor. It is easy to drink for sake beginners and is a confident creation that will impress sake connoisseurs. Through "four-season brewing," which involves brewing sake throughout the year, they are always able to deliver freshly pressed Kamikura sake.
