This is Matsui Sake Brewery's flagship brand, which is committed to unfiltered, undiluted, and unpasteurized sake. Using sake rice primarily from Kyoto, the ginjo brewing method brings out the gorgeous aroma and distinct rice flavor. Easy to drink for sake beginners, this is a confident product that will impress sake connoisseurs. Using the "four seasons brewing" method, which allows sake to be brewed throughout the year, the brewery is always producing freshly pressed Shinzo sake.
