- Management of User Information
The Company strives to store User Information safely and accurately. For this purpose, the Company appropriately protects User Information using reasonable technical and organizational measures against unauthorized access, tampering, loss, etc., by those without access rights. Furthermore, payment information is handled appropriately using industry-standard security methods.
- Security Measures
- The Company appropriately handles User Information in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, other applicable laws and regulations, and this Privacy Policy. The Company implements security measures to appropriately handle User Information, which include:
- Appointing a person responsible for handling User Information
- Clarifying the range of employees handling User Information and the scope of User Information they handle, and establishing a reporting system to the person responsible for any violations or signs of violations of laws or internal regulations regarding the handling of personal information
- Regularly educating employees on precautions regarding the handling of User Information
- Restricting access to User Information to employees handling it and preventing unauthorized access to personal information
- When entrusting the handling of User Information to a third party, selecting contractors that meet the Company's selection criteria, concluding contracts, and appropriately managing the contractor's work. The Company only provides User Information to third parties that meet the Company's security management standards
- Reporting to the relevant supervisory authorities and taking necessary measures to prevent the recurrence of similar incidents in case of leakage or other accidents involving User Information, in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and related guidelines or other applicable laws, and regulations.

The Company complies with applicable laws and other norms regarding personal information and strives to review and improve the content of this Policy as necessary.
- Changes to this Policy
The Company reviews and continuously improves the operational status regarding the handling of User Information, and may change this Policy as necessary. We will take appropriate measures to announce changes to the Policy, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. However, for changes requiring user consent by law, the Company will obtain user consent in a manner specified by the Company.
