For User Information related to transactions of alcoholic beverages specified in section 2(1)a. to k. above, the Company jointly uses the User Information for the purposes specified in section 3(1)a. to f. and k. above with the brewery that manufactured the purchased products and the business entity that sold the purchased products.

6. Management of User Information

   The Company strives to store User Information safely and accurately. For this purpose, the Company appropriately protects User Information using reasonable technical and organizational measures against unauthorized access, tampering, loss, etc., by those without access rights. Furthermore, payment information is handled appropriately using industry-standard security methods.

7. Security Measures
1. The Company appropriately handles User Information in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, other applicable laws and regulations, and this Privacy Policy. The Company implements security measures to appropriately handle User Information, which include:
1. Appointing a person responsible for handling User Information
2. Clarifying the range of employees handling User Information and the scope of User Information they handle, and establishing a reporting system to the person responsible for any violations or signs of violations of laws or internal regulations regarding the handling of personal information
3. Regularly educating employees on precautions regarding the handling of User Information
4. Restricting access to User Information to employees handling it and preventing unauthorized access to personal information

   The Company reviews and continuously improves the operational status regarding the handling of User Information, and may change this Policy as necessary. We will take appropriate measures to announce changes to the Policy, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. However, for changes requiring user consent by law, the Company will obtain user consent in a manner specified by the Company.
