This is Matsui Sake Brewery's flagship brand, which is committed to unfiltered, undiluted, and unpasteurized sake. It mainly uses sake rice produced in Kyoto, and the ginjo brewing process brings out the gorgeous aroma and distinct rice flavor. It is easy to drink for sake beginners, and a confident product that will impress sake connoisseurs. Using the "four seasons brewing" method, which involves brewing sake throughout the year, they always produce freshly pressed Kamikura sake.
