Naminone Sake Brewery is a small sake brewery located on the shores of Lake Biwa, founded over 200 years ago. With the philosophy of "Kokoshinshu," which preserves tradition while trying new things, the 10th-generation brewer, Takashi Nakai, and his three younger brothers, carefully brew small batches of sake, and their yearly evolution has been attracting attention. Naminone is a sake renowned for its elegant sweetness and umami, made using techniques inherited from Noto Toji Taiichi Kanai. In addition to Yamadanishiki, Bizen Omachi, and Aizan, the brewery also uses Watafune, a sake rice unique to Shiga Prefecture, allowing you to enjoy the unique flavors of each variety.
