Using groundwater from the Suzuka Mountains and locally produced sake rice, the brewery pursues the traditional "sake with the taste of rice." By leaving as little of the rice as possible during the polishing process, the subtle sweetness and umami of the rice can be enjoyed. It has a satisfying finish, making it recommended as a drink to accompany meals or as an evening drink.
