Hawaii and Japan have one thing in common: they are both islands. Like the beautiful rainbow that spans Hawaii, we aim to create sake that will serve as a bridge between the two islands. We combine the best sake brewing techniques cultivated in Japan with the pure water and many local specialties of Hawaii to provide a unique local sake. Towards a new stage in Hawaii x Japan.
