Founded by the first Tobei, our brewery has inherited the name "Tobei" and the passion and aspirations for sake from generation to generation. This "Omi Tobei" sake was created with gratitude to the first Tobei, and is a sake full of flavor with a special attention to detail. Using high-quality water from the Suzuka mountain range and carefully selected rice harvested within Shiga Prefecture, we strive to bring out the natural flavor of the rice to the fullest, carefully selecting small amounts, and aim to produce high-quality, delicious sake, working hard to brew sake that combines water, rice, and the skills of our master brewers so that we can provide everyone with the finest luxury item.
