Founded by the first generation Tohei, our brewery has inherited the name "Tohei" and the passion and dedication to sake for generations. This "Omi Tohei" sake was created as a token of gratitude to the first generation Tohei, and is a sake with an even more refined and flavorful taste. Using high-quality water that springs from the Suzuka Mountains and carefully selected rice harvested in Shiga Prefecture, we strive to bring out the full flavor of the rice, carefully selecting small batches to produce a high-quality, exquisite sake.
