Ine to Agave is a craft sake brewery founded in the fall of 2021 in Oga City, Akita Prefecture. Craft sake is a new genre of alcohol that aims for new flavors by using sake brewing techniques as a base, or by adding auxiliary ingredients to that base. Ine to Agave's management philosophy is "to brew the climate and terroir of Oga." In order to create sake that bottles the climate and terroir of Oga, and to continue creating businesses that excite many people, they value understanding the land of Oga through interaction with local people.
