Kuramoto Sake Brewery x Nihonshu Nisoshiyo collaboration to be released in March. Founded in 1871 (Meiji 4), the brewery has been brewing and selling sake for the local area for a long time, but in 2018, they launched a new brand called "KURAMOTO" that preserves tradition and brews new standards, based on the brewing philosophy of learning from the past to create something new. In order to expand the base of people who drink sake, the brewery continues to challenge itself with production methods that go beyond traditional methods. The brewery's future will be one to watch, as it is led by the next seventh generation sake brewer, Takashi Kuramoto, who is adamant not to reveal specific names because he wants people to "drink without thinking too hard."
