Choro Sake Brewery is the only small sake brewery in Kyotanba Town, founded in 1903. They use clear underground water blessed by Mt. Choro-ga-take, one of the 100 famous mountains in the Kansai region, and brew sake by hand with a small team of people. "Choro Tan", brewed with local water and rice, is known as a local sake made 100% from Kyotanba. "Choro Josen" also won an award at the Osaka Regional Taxation Bureau Sake Appraisal, and its reputation is growing year by year.
