This sake is made according to the Yin Yang calendar (old calendar) based on the phases of the moon, which was once used for growing crops. The opportunity to create this sake came from the fact that Obama Sake Brewery's famous sake "Wakasa" was used at the Tensha Shrine Tsuchimikado Shinto Honcho, which inherits the Tenmon-do lineage directly from the onmyoji Abe no Seimei. The sake is made using Yamada Nishiki rice from Obama, and the first steaming was done on a lucky day when Tensha Day and Ten'on Day coincided, and all subsequent processes such as preparation, pressing, and pasteurization were done on a full moon day or an auspicious day called Ichiritsu Manbai Day. The taste is refreshing and easy to drink, with a harmonious flavor. The "pentagram" in the product name is a symbol of the Yin Yang and Five Elements theory, and it is known that Abe no Seimei used this crest. In addition to the bottle design and paper stripes, the paulownia box with its delicate cuts is also unique. It won the highest Platinum Award and Best Design Award at the Milan Sake Challenge 2023, Italy's largest sake competition. It also comes with a calendar made by Tensha Shrine, and is limited to 300 pieces.
