SUIO is a sake brewed with "Hidaminori," a sake rice grown locally in Gifu Prefecture, and aged in enamel tanks lined up in the back of a dimly lit cellar. The sake, aged in a place where light and air are blocked out, changes from clear to honey-colored, and now takes on a beautiful amber hue. The theme is "Perfection in Imperfection." The sake grows and matures with age. The endless journey of maturation is a journey without completion. With this in mind, the "triangle," which symbolizes regeneration and repeated growth, and the "circle with one side missing," which represents imperfect perfection, are used as symbolic motifs, and the sealing sticker is based on "shide" (paper streamers used in Shinto, a spiritual culture of Japan), which represents a protective barrier. Package design (right side of photo) / The bottle box uses a cylindrical cardboard tube. The surface of the lid has an embossed pattern resembling tree rings in concentric circles from the center, representing the sake's maturation period. Furthermore, the top and bottom of the cardboard tube are decorated with wooden caps made from recycled scraps of Hida cypress, demonstrating a commitment to environmental considerations.
