Located in Saijo City, Ehime Prefecture, known as a town of pure water, our brewery uses the pristine waters of the Ishizuchi Mountain Range and is run primarily by the family of the brewery owner. Founded in 1920 (Taisho 9), we focus on handcrafted sake, expressing our brewery's attitude and passion through manual work that cannot be achieved with large-scale brewing. Our goal in sake brewing is "sake that complements food." Our brewery slogan is "brewing for customers who love Ishizuchi."
