Located in Saijo City, Ehime Prefecture, known as a town famous for its excellent water, our sake brewing is centered around our family, using the clear water from the Ishizuchi mountain range. We were founded in 1920 (Taisho 9). With handmade sake in mind, we express the attitude and passion of our brewers in our sake, which is made possible by manual work that is not possible in large-scale brewing. Our goal is to make sake that "comes alive while eating." The slogan of our brewery is "Made for customers who love Ishizuchi."
