In 2022, a historic milestone year marking the 70th anniversary of the Platinum Jubilee, we were able to create "Eternal Radiance," a special junmai daiginjo sake, as part of our ART SAKE line. This sake is made from top-grade Yamada Nishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture, known as the "king of sake rice," which is fermented at low temperatures for an extended period. Each drop that drips without pressure during pressing is collected and aged at low temperatures to create a truly premium sake.
