In 2022, the historic milestone of our 70th Platinum Jubilee, ART SAKE has been able to launch our special Junmai Daiginjo "Eien no Kagayaki". This premium sake is made from premium Yamada Nishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture, known as the "king of sake rice", which is fermented at low temperature for a long period of time, and then aged at low temperature by collecting every drop that drips out without applying pressure when pressing.
