Founded in the early Meiji period, this sake brewery is located at the uppermost reaches of the Ibi River, one of the three Kiso Rivers. In 2000, the current fifth-generation brewer launched the "Bojimaya" brand and continues to produce pure rice sake characterized by its umami and acidity. They offer unique products such as "Junmai Unfiltered Raw Undiluted Sake," "Junmai Super Dry," and the Tokoro BLACK Series. Aiming to be a small but prominent brewery, they continue to produce unique sake that is never boring to drink.
