Founded in the early Meiji period, this sake brewery is located at the uppermost reaches of the Ibigawa River, one of the three Kiso rivers. In 2000, the current fifth-generation brewer launched the Bojimaya brand and continues to produce Junmai sake with its distinctive umami and acidity. They offer unique products such as Junmai Unfiltered Unpasteurized Sake, Junmai Super Dry, and Tokoro BLACK Series. Aiming to be a small but impressive brewery, they continue to produce unique sake that you will never tire of drinking.
