Kinginka Sake Brewery is a sake brewery that primarily produces sake with a focus on women. We aim to create sake that will bring joy to everyone, especially women. Our goal is to deliver happiness through sake and to make Japanese women more attractive. The name "Kinginka" comes from the Manzairaku poem, which describes the way gold and silver jewels are woven together in the human world as the epitome of auspiciousness and deliciousness, and has been celebrated since ancient times as bringing good fortune and good health. We have incorporated the wishes of our ancestors into the name of our sake and are carefully brewing sake in Ichinomiya, which is said to be the birthplace of refined sake.
