Since the Meiji era, Daimon Sake Brewery has been loved by many people for its "Kikuyoro" brand. After that, 40 years ago, when we started brewing ginjo sake, we wanted to provide it to everyone with a name that was appropriate for its flavor, and we were inspired by the flowers that bloom in the brewery's garden and named it "Rikyu Ume" with the desire to achieve a flavor that leads to the world of wabi-sabi.
