Daimon Brewery has been serving customers under the "Kikuyoro" brand since the Meiji era. Forty years ago, when we began brewing ginjo sake, we wanted to give it a name befitting its taste. Inspired by the flowers blooming in our brewery's garden, and with the desire to achieve a taste that evokes the world of wabi-sabi, we named it "Rikyu Ume." Please enjoy it to your heart's content, imagining the elegant atmosphere of the ancient Katano Plain.
