The name "Koemon" was taken from the name of the first brewer who established Ito Sake Brewery. In 1847, Koemon, who was involved in farming, tried his hand at sake brewing in the "rice storehouse" at the time. Six years later, the Black Ships arrived in Japan. This brand, which carries the history of the brewery, is an aged sake that has been aged for a long time at low temperatures. From the Junmai Daiginjo brewed every year, only the best ones are selected and aged. The flavor that is born after more than 10 years from bottling is truly one of a kind. As it is an aged sake, each product is limited in quantity, making it the perfect product for a turning point in life or as a special gift.
