The name "Koemon" comes from the name of the first brewery owner who founded Ito Sake Brewery. In 1847, Koemon, who was involved in agriculture, took up sake brewing in what was then a "rice storehouse." This was just six years before the arrival of the Black Ships. This brand, which carries the history of the brewery, is an aged sake that has been matured for a long period at low temperatures. Only the best sake is selected from the Junmai Daiginjo brewed each year and aged. The flavor that develops after more than 10 years from bottling is truly one of a kind. As it is an aged sake, all bottles are limited in quantity, making it the perfect product for life's milestones or as a special gift.
