The name "Koemon" comes from the name of the first brewer who founded Ito Sake Brewery. In 1847, Koemon, who was involved in farming, tried his hand at sake brewing in what was then the "rice storehouse." Six years later, the Black Ships arrived in Japan. This brand, which carries the history of the brewery, is an aged sake that has been aged for a long time at low temperatures. Only the best Junmai Daiginjo sake is selected from the Junmai Daiginjo brewed each year and aged. The flavor that is born after more than 10 years of bottling is truly one of a kind. As it is an aged sake, each product is produced in limited quantities, making it the perfect product for a milestone in life or as a special gift.
