Founded in 1690 (Genroku 3) in the Tajima region of northern Hyogo Prefecture, blessed with abundant nature, our brewery has dedicated itself to handcrafted sake for over 300 years. We carefully select our rice, use pure natural water, and employ the traditional techniques of Tajima sake brewers to create sake rooted in our local culture. As a small brewery, we are able to meticulously craft our sake, preserving and passing on the traditional taste. With this in mind, our master brewers and brewery workers pour all their wisdom and skill into the brewing process during the coldest months of winter. We brew our sake with sincerity and dedication, using carefully selected and polished rice and the blessed, high-quality water, employing the skills of Tajima sake brewers. Please enjoy the rich flavor that cannot be described simply as "handcrafted."
