Founded in 1690 (Genroku 3), the brewery is located in the naturally blessed Tajima region of northern Hyogo Prefecture. For over 300 years since, the brewery has been dedicated to handcrafting sake, using carefully selected rice, pure natural water, and the traditional techniques of its Tajima master brewers, all of which are deeply rooted in the region. The brewery aims to preserve and pass on the traditional flavor through the careful sake brewing that only a small brewery can offer. With this in mind, the master brewers and brewers pour all their wisdom and skill into brewing in the cold winter. Using carefully selected, polished rice and the abundant, high-quality water, the brewers brew sake with the utmost sincerity and dedication, using the techniques of their Tajima master brewers. Enjoy the rich flavor that cannot be described simply as handmade.
