Founded in 1690 in the naturally blessed Tajima region in northern Hyogo Prefecture. For over 300 years since then, they have been dedicated to handcrafting sake, carefully selecting rice, using clear natural water, and the traditional skills of Tajima toji brewers, and are committed to brewing sake rooted in the local area. They want to preserve and convey the traditional taste through careful sake brewing that is possible only in a small brewery. With this desire in mind, the toji brewers and brewers pour all their wisdom and skills into brewing in the cold winter. They brew carefully selected, polished rice and blessed with high-quality water with the skills of the Tajima toji brewers, with all their heart and soul. Please enjoy the rich flavor that cannot be described simply as handmade.
