Founded in 1753 in Toyomura Noda (now Sabae City), Fukui Prefecture, the company produces sake made with care using only rice grown in Fukui Prefecture, taking advantage of the local climate. Their flagship brand, "Kasoku," commemorates the marriage of Emperor Taisho and is named after the farewell words to the bride and groom, "Kasoku no Ten," meaning "we will be married." While using only Gohyakumangoku rice from Fukui Prefecture, the sake offers a variety of flavors to enjoy. Since 2020, they have been actively producing sparkling sake made with their own unique methods, as well as products made with special methods. Their appeal lies in their originality, created with a free-thinking approach, unconstrained by traditional methods.
