The company was founded in 1874 (Meiji 4) under the brand name "Oeyama" in what is now Kanie Town, Kaifu County, Aichi Prefecture. From the Taisho era to the early Showa era, the brand name was "Saiai", and after the war, the brand name was "Zuisen". The western Owari region is blessed with the Ibuki Oroshi River, underground water from the Kiso River, and high-quality sake rice, and has been a thriving sake brewing area for a long time. Our company sells mainly in Kaifu Tsushima and Nagoya, and our management philosophy is "quality first" and "customer first".
