Made with 100% "Gohyakumangoku" sake rice grown in our own fields. The balance of rich flavor and crisp acidity leaves an unforgettable impression. It pairs exceptionally well with all kinds of meat dishes such as yakiniku, yakitori, and karaage, as well as rich sauces and stews, and especially with Chinese cuisine.
