This sake is made with 100% Gohyakumangoku sake rice, grown in our own fields. The balance of its rich flavor and crisp acidity leaves an unforgettable impact once you taste it. It pairs perfectly with meat dishes such as yakiniku, yakitori, and fried chicken, as well as rich sauces and stews, and especially Chinese cuisine.
