Named after the local specialty, the chrysanthemum, this is the brewery's flagship brand, reflecting the desire for it to be a refined and elegant sake, like a large, blooming flower. It offers a wide range of styles, from dry to full-bodied, light to rich, aromatic to mellow, and suitable for both chilled and warmed servings. While the name "Tamagiku," chosen through a public contest, remains for the local standard sake, "Minogiku" is now the brewery's flagship brand. It is popular primarily in Gifu and Aichi prefectures, but also enjoyed in the Kanto and Kansai regions.
