This is the brewery's flagship brand, named after the chrysanthemum, a local specialty, in the hope that the sake would be as elegant and graceful as a large flower. They offer a wide variety of sake, from dry to delicious, light to rich, fragrant to mild, suitable for both chilled and warmed sake. "Tamagiku," originally named through a public contest, has remained the name for regular sake sold locally, and now "Minogiku" has become the brewery's flagship brand. It is popular mainly in Gifu and Aichi prefectures, but also in the Kanto and Kansai regions.
