滋賀県出身の近江商人として、１７５３年に茨城県で創業しました。瑠璃は平成３年に立ち上げた一番新しいブランドで、造り手のこだわりを大切に醸した日本酒です。袋吊りで搾り、濾過を最小限に留めることでフルーティーな香りと旨味をより楽しんでいただけます。

瑠璃【竹村酒造店】

山田錦を40%まで精米して醸した大吟醸を、袋吊りで絞りました。すっきりとした淡麗さに、リンゴのようなフルーティーな香りが後から追いかけてくる、幸せな余韻を楽しめる日本酒です。白身魚の刺身、板わさのような淡白な味のものと相性がいいお酒です。

Brewed using Yamadanishiki rice polished to 40%, this daiginjo is refined by the traditional bag-hanging method. It offers a clean and light body with a fruity apple-like aroma that follows, leaving a happy lingering finish. Pairs excellently with light dishes such as white fish sashimi or kamaboko.

瑠璃　大吟醸

地元で特別栽培した五百万石を55％精白し、茨城の酵母ひたち錦で醸した純米吟醸を、袋吊りで搾りました。口に含んだ瞬間パッと広がる華やかな香り、後味のスッキリとした切れ味は、食中酒やアペリティフとしておすすめの日本酒です。魚料理、天ぷら、水炊き等との相性が良く、常温から少し冷やして飲んでいただくと、より旨味を感じていただけます。

Made from specially cultivated Gohyakumangoku rice, polished to 55%, and brewed with Ibaraki yeast (Hitachi Nishiki). The moment you sip it, a floral aroma bursts forth, followed by a clean, sharp finish. Ideal as a sake with meals or as an aperitif, and pairs well with fish dishes, tempura, or hotpot. Best enjoyed at room temperature or slightly chilled.

瑠璃　純米吟醸

A daiginjo made from Yamadanishiki polished to 40%, extracted using the fukuro-tsuri method. It has a clean, light taste, with a fruity apple-like aroma that lingers, providing a blissful finish. Pairs well with light dishes like white fish sashimi and kamaboko. Best enjoyed slightly chilled.

A junmai ginjo made from Gohyakumangoku rice, polished to 55% and brewed with Hitachinishiki yeast from Ibaraki. It features a vibrant aroma that spreads instantly and a crisp, clean aftertaste. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with fish, tempura, and hot pot dishes, enjoyed at room temperature or slightly chilled.
