The company was founded in Ibaraki Prefecture in 1753 by an Omi merchant originally from Shiga Prefecture. Ruri is the newest brand, launched in 1991, and is a sake brewed with great care and attention to detail. It is pressed using a hanging bag method and filtered to a minimum, allowing you to enjoy the fruity aroma and flavor even more.
