滋賀県出身の近江商人として、１７５３年に茨城県で創業しました。現在のメインブランドである「京の夢」は、８代目と親交のあった作家谷崎潤一郎氏の随筆「京の夢大阪の夢」より頂戴し名付けられました。現在は大吟醸から普通酒まで幅広く醸しております。食中酒に適したやや辛口に仕込み、濾過を最小限に留めることで、フルーティーな香りと旨味を楽しんでいただけます。

京の夢【竹村酒造店】

酒米「五百万石」を55％精白で醸した京の夢純米吟醸は、芳醇で淡麗なとても飲みやすい吟醸酒です。口に含むとパッと華やかに香り、後味はスッキリと切れがいいので、食中酒やアペリティフとしてオススメの日本酒です。魚料理、天ぷら、水炊き等と相性が良く、常温や少し冷やして飲むのが最も旨味を感じられます。

京の夢　純米吟醸

40年程前から出来立ての酒の美味しさを味わっていただきたいという思いで、季節限定酒として無濾過、無調整の生原酒の販売を始めました。原酒のため、アルコール度数は18〜19度と高めですが、濃厚でフルーティーな麹香があふれ出す味わいは、従来品とは一線を画した日本酒と言えます。また濃厚でありながら後味をすっきりとさせることで飲み飽きない原酒にするため、少量のアルコールを添加することでそれを実現させました。製造年ごとに微妙に違う味わい、寝かせることで熟成していく変化を楽しんでいただける日本酒です。

This unfiltered, unadjusted nama genshu has been crafted as a seasonal sake for over 40 years, born from the desire to let customers savor the freshly brewed essence of sake. With an elevated alcohol content of 18–19% due to its undiluted nature, it boasts a rich and fruity aroma of koji that sets it apart from traditional offerings. Despite its full-bodied flavor, the finish is clean and refreshing, achieved by the careful addition of a small amount of alcohol to ensure it remains a sake that never tires the palate.
