Kaze no Sato is a sake brewed with the intention of conveying the brewer's feelings on the wind to the heart of the drinker. This is a new Junmai Ginjo sake in the Kaze no Sato series, brewed with a new yeast unique to Ehime Prefecture (a sake-brewing flower yeast isolated from a new Sakurahime variety born in Ehime).
