Kaze no Sato is a sake brewed so that the brewer's thoughts can ride on the wind and reach the drinker's heart. This is the newest in the Kaze no Sato series, a pure rice ginjo sake brewed with a new yeast unique to Ehime Prefecture (a flower yeast for sake brewing isolated from a new variety of Sakurahime rice native to Ehime).
