Kaze no Sato is a sake brewed so that the brewer's thoughts can ride on the wind and reach the drinker's heart. This is the newest of the Kaze no Sato series, a pure rice ginjo sake brewed with a new yeast unique to Ehime Prefecture (a flower yeast for sake brewing isolated from a new Sakurahime variety born in Ehime). The "wa" in Kaze no Sato comes from the Japanese word "wa" (Japanese) in the Japanese phrase "wajo ryosyu" (good sake), and it is said that a spirit of harmony brews good sake, and good sake brews harmony in the drinker. The name was chosen with the hope that flowers of smiles will bloom amid the harmony of each individual's thoughts.
