Founded in 1884, the brewery produces two brands: "Toyonoume" and "Tosakinzo." The brewery is located in Akaoka-cho, a small town in Konan City, Kochi Prefecture, blessed with the natural beauty of the sea, mountains, and rivers. Despite its small size, this town is very unique, hosting nationally recognized festivals such as the Dorome Festival and the Ekin Festival. The fifth and sixth generations of the family are challenging themselves to create a new local sake for the Reiwa era that allows people to experience Tosa. Their four key points of focus are: ① Kochi ingredients, ② meticulous handcrafting, ③ rich individuality, and ④ refined quality. They use different Kochi yeasts to offer four types of sake with different aromas.
