宝暦3年（1753）、越前丸岡藩主・有馬孝純から失われた室町時代の伝説の銘酒「越州豊原の酒」を再びこの地に復活させよと命じられ創業しました。11代目蔵元は地元にこだわり酒蔵隣に広がる水田で、その味わいにほれ込んだ「山田錦」を酒の仕込み水と同じ水系の水で自社栽培。この米と厚さ150mの岩盤を掘り抜いた地下200ｍ下から汲み上げた水、10代目蔵元が開発した製麴機を使って、どんな一日にも寄り添い、心に染み入る酒を仕込んでいます。日々の暮らしの中に人それぞれの楽しみや小さな幸せ、慶びをもたらす酒であることを願って。

富久駒【久保田酒造】

杜氏がまずは飲んでほしい一品として、自慢になる酒を追及。腕に磨きをかけ、昭和40年代から造り始めた大吟醸です。当蔵独自の製麴法により、みずみずしい吟醸香と涼やかなコクのある味わいを醸し出しました。

Pursuing a sake that the master brewer (t?ji) is proud of and wants you to try first. This Daiginjo has been crafted since the 1960s, honing our skills over the decades. Using our brewery's unique koji-making method, we've produced a fresh ginjo aroma and a refreshing, rich taste.

大吟醸　杜氏一献

『一筆啓上　火の用心　お仙泣かすな　馬肥やせ』。このお仙が後の丸岡藩主になったことから命名しました。霊峰白山に連なる山々を源とする地下水と玄米の35％の大きさなるまで削った最高の酒米、伝統の技術と独自の製麴法で仕込み、低温でゆっくり発酵させた薫り高い上品な酒です。3年低温で熟成させたので香りが穏やかになった酒に地元の越前織のラベルを貼り、福井県産のビロードを敷いた木箱に入れました。

A Brief Note: Beware of fire, don't make Osan cry, fatten the horse.' We named this sake because Osan later became the lord of the Maruoka domain. This is an elegant sake with a rich aroma, brewed using underground water sourced from mountains connected to the sacred Mt. Hakusan and the highest-grade sake rice polished down to 35% of the brown rice size. Utilizing traditional techniques and our unique koji-making method, it is slowly fermented at low temperatures. After aging at low temperatures for three years, the aroma has mellowed. The sake is adorned with a label made from local Echizen weaving and placed in a wooden box lined with velour from Fukui Prefecture.

旧・丸岡町（現在の坂井市丸岡町）が「日本一短い手紙」コンテストを開催した記念として商品化しました。手紙を書く時の澄んだ心境をイメージし、軽やかな香りと旨味、さらりとしたキレが調和した酒を醸しました。

Commercialized to commemorate the "Japan's Shortest Letter" contest held in former Maruoka Town (now Sakai City, Maruoka Town). Imagining the clear state of mind when writing a letter, we brewed a sake that harmonizes light aroma and umami with a smooth, crisp finish.

西ゆうじさん原作の漫画「蔵の宿」の舞台、風光明媚な福井県蔵岡町に江戸時代からつづく造り酒屋は久保田酒造がそのモデルです。 温かなおもてなしを大切にしたヒロインの茜をイメージして醸し出しました。心がほっと和む、癒しのある味を目指し、穏やかな香りとふくよかな甘みが広がる、まろやかな飲み口に仕上げました。口当たりやのど越しがやさしく、日本酒ビギナーにも飲みやすい酒です。

Our brewery in the picturesque town of Kuraoka, Fukui Prefecture, is the model for the setting of Yuji Nishi's manga "Kura no Yado," a sake brewery continuing since the Edo period. Inspired by the heroine Akane, who values warm hospitality, we aimed for a comforting and soothing taste. Finished with a mellow mouthfeel where gentle aroma and rich sweetness spread, it's an easy-to-drink sake even for beginners.

純米吟醸　蔵の宿

勇猛で短気な頑固者だが、己を捨てて主君に尽くした忠義者。徳川家康の忠臣・本多作左衛門を人は親しみを込めて「鬼作左」と呼びました。強い信念を貫いた戦国武将の生き様がどっしりとした旨味の中に滲み出る、丸岡の大地の酒です。袋吊り搾りした雫酒をそのまま瓶詰めしています。完全醗酵した醪のバランスの取れた状態がそのまま酒になっているので、雑味のない、まろやかな風味が豊かに広がる、優しい口当たりの酒です。

Brave, short-tempered, and stubborn, yet a loyal retainer who devoted himself selflessly to his lord?Tokugawa Ieyasu's loyal retainer Sakuz? Honda was affectionately called "Oni Sakusuke." This sake from the land of Maruoka embodies the life of a Sengoku warrior who upheld strong convictions, seeping into the robust umami. The shizuku sake obtained by bag-hanging pressing is bottled as is. Since the fully fermented moromi is turned into sake in a well-balanced state, it's a sake with no off-flavors, rich mellow taste, and a gentle mouthfeel.

Inspired by the historical phrase, "Ippitsukeijo: Fire safety, don’t make Osen cry, and feed the horses well," this sake pays tribute to the legacy of Osen, who later became the lord of the Maruoka domain. Crafted using underground water sourced from the sacred mountains of Hakusan and premium sake rice polished down to 35%, this sake is brewed with traditional techniques and a unique koji-making method, followed by slow fermentation at low temperatures.Aged for under low temperatures, the sake offers a refined and subdued aroma with a smooth and elegant flavor profile. It is adorned with a label made from locally produced Echizen textiles and comes in a wooden box lined with Fukui velvet, showcasing its premium quality and local craftsmanship.

This sake embodies the steadfast spirit of this legendary samurai and the fertile land of Maruoka. Made using the fukurotsuri (gravity bag-pressing) method, the sake is bottled directly from the delicate drops collected, preserving the balanced essence of the fully fermented mash. The result is a pure, unadulterated sake with a mellow flavor, smooth mouthfeel, and a rich, gentle taste that expands on the palate.
