喜びと感謝のお酒誕生！！コロナ渦中の2022年4月に華泉酒造から誕生した新たなブランド㐂津禰。日本五大稲荷の一つ　津和野　太皷谷稲成神社。狐は古来より稲荷神社の主祭神である宇迦之御魂神（五穀豊穣の神）の使いとして崇められてきました。㐂津禰（きつね）の文字には「たくさんの憙びと当蔵　二百九十余年の歴史に華を添える」という想いが込められています。キツネに化かされたような美味しいお酒。華泉の新たな旅立ちのお酒です。

華泉酒造の純米酒のうち、最高ランクに位置づけられる「純米大吟醸　黒狐」。津和野町産の佐香錦を40％まで精米し、仕込み水には秀峰青野山の伏流水を使用している全てが津和野町産の純米大吟醸です。香り立つ見事な吟醸香とふくよかな味わい。フルーティーさの中にお米の味わいもあり、お料理の邪魔をしないスキッリとした味わいの純米大吟醸。様々な料理とペアリングが可能です。狐のお面をかたどったラベルはお客様への大きなインパクトと沢山の賞賛をいただいております。

㐂津禰　純米大吟醸〜黒狐

島根大学で開発された島根県固有の酵母HA11から作られた純米吟醸酒。島根オリジナルの米と酵母が絶妙なハーモニーを奏でます。穏やかで可憐な香りとスッキリした飲み口、辛口独特の爽やかさの中に残る甘味が特徴です。様々な料理とペアリングが可能です。狐のお面をかたどったラベルはお客様への大きなインパクトと沢山の賞賛をいただいております。10度以下に冷やしてお楽しみ下さい。

This junmai ginjo is made using the Shimane prefecture's unique yeast, HA11, developed by Shimane University. It strikes a harmonious balance between the local rice and yeast, resulting in a gentle fragrance, clean taste, and the refreshing sweetness unique to dry sake. The fox mask label has garnered widespread acclaim. Best enjoyed chilled below 10��C.

㐂津禰　純米吟醸酒〜白狐

麹の造り方や配合の変化により造り上げられた純米酒。麹の力により十分に引き出された米の風味と絶妙な旨味がクセになります。淡麗辛口ですっきりした味わいは料理の特徴を引きだします。燗にしたときに立ち上がるフワッとした米の香りと後に残る軽やかな酸味が食欲をそそります。冷や・燗のどちらでもお楽しみいただけます。

This sake represents the pinnacle of Hanaizumi Sake Brewery's junmai lineup, known as "Junmai Daiginjo Kuroko" (Black Fox). Made with carefully polished Sakao Nishiki rice from Tsuwano Town, milled to 40%, and brewed with spring water from the revered Aonoyama foothills, every element of this sake hails from Tsuwano Town. It boasts a striking ginjo aroma with a full-bodied, fruity flavor that still retains the essence of rice, resulting in a refreshing profile that complements various dishes without overpowering them.
