Sake is brewed with the blessings of heaven (weather) and earth (quality of rice), and what determines its flavor is the spirit of the sake brewer, who is determined to brew delicious sake. We humbly inherit the secrets of sake brewing that our predecessors achieved through blood and sweat, and strive to make people aware of the quality of sake brewed from rice, our staple food, in the hope that the number of sake drinkers will continue to increase and that sake will truly be called the national drink in both name and reality. Our brewery's creed is "A drink of sincerity: Sake reflects the attitude of the brewer." Our motto is "Even if the sake is in a small cup, if it is made with the heart of the brewer, the flavor is infinite." Shikizakura, which uses underground water from the clear Kinugawa River as its brewing water, is characterized by its rich aroma, gentle mouthfeel, crispness and subtle sweetness.
