Made with rice from Yamaguchi Prefecture grown in the rich climate of the Setouchi region, a commitment to traditional techniques, and the fresh sensibility of the master brewer, Bōchōtsuru has been beautifully reborn. The symbol mark, modeled after a hooded crane, embodies a sense of gratitude to nature. Bōchōtsuru is a series dedicated entirely to pure rice sake.
