うすにごり酒とは、もろみを軽くこした薄く濁ったお酒です。米の旨味がさらにまろやかになり、日本酒本来の旨味を堪能できながらも爽快な喉ごしで、フレッシュで飲み飽きしないやさしい味わいに仕上げています。 生原酒ですのでもろみに含まれた酵母はまだ生きたままとなります。丹念に醸した生原酒のためより一層米の旨味と酵母による自然な微炭酸を感じることができます。氷室熟成されてさらに華やかな香りとはじける微炭酸が心地よい、すっきりとした深みのある味わいになっています。季節を問わず、多種多様な料理と合わせていただけます。

Light nigori sake is a thin, cloudy sake made by lightly straining the mash. The rice flavor is mellowed further, and the original flavor of sake can be enjoyed, but with a fresh, gentle taste that will not bore the drinker. Because it is a nama sake, the yeast contained in the mash is still alive. Because it is carefully brewed, you can taste the deliciousness of the rice and the natural carbonation from the yeast. The ice aging process gives it an even more gorgeous aroma and a pleasant, refreshing, deep flavor with a slight carbonation. It can be paired with a wide variety of dishes regardless of the season.
