Kintora Sake Brewery's "Tohen" was first produced in 2012 as part of a local love project to create a new sake that Nagoya could be proud of. Everything was carefully selected from the rice, yeast, and label, and this masterpiece was born from the traditional sake brewing techniques that originated in Echigo and have been honed by Nagoya's history and climate, and the passion of young brewers for the next generation. As the name "Tohen" implies, which means change and innovation, we will continue to produce "Nagoya's new famous sake" with the desire and determination to evolve with each passing year, from this year to next year, and from next year to the year after.
