For generations, our brewery has been producing clean, refreshing sake based on the Echigo style. Because clean sake has a clear taste, it requires meticulous, high-level work that leaves no room for manipulation. Our sake brewing, which has continued to grow in line with the climate of Nagoya, has been refined to produce sake that is easy to drink while offering a rich range of flavors by carefully balancing flavors. Kintora's traditional flavor has been nurtured in Nagoya through close interaction between brewers and drinkers. We will continue to carry on this tradition and evolve.
