Our brewery has, for generations, brewed light and easy-to-drink sake based on the Echigo style. Because light and refreshing sake has a clear taste, it requires meticulous and high-level work that leaves no room for deception. Our brewing methods, which have been nurtured in accordance with the climate of Nagoya, have been refined to create sake that is easy to drink yet has a broad range of flavors, by carefully balancing the taste. The traditional taste of Kintora has been nurtured in Nagoya, through close interaction between brewers and drinkers. We will continue to carry on this tradition and evolve it further.
