This is a genuine local sake series brewed only with rice grown locally in Kashiba under the slogan "Locally produced, locally brewed." Local breweries make sake from locally grown rice and sell it locally, nationwide, and globally. The manufacturing process of the Kashiba Mind Series has the objectives of "promoting local agriculture," "passing on traditional techniques and culture through sake brewing," and "disseminating Japanese food culture to the world." It is imbued with the desire to build a sustainable production system for the future by bringing "satisfaction," "pride," and "profit" to the people involved in these processes. This initiative is in line with the ideals of the SDGs, which have been regarded as a common goal of the international community in recent years.
