This is a genuine local sake series brewed exclusively with rice grown locally in Kashiba, under the slogan "Locally Produced, Locally Brewed." Local breweries use locally grown rice to produce sake, which is then sold locally, nationwide, and globally. The Kashiba Mind Series' production process aims to promote local agriculture, preserve traditional techniques and culture through sake brewing, and promote Japanese food culture to the world. By providing a sense of fulfillment, pride, and profits to those involved in these processes, the series aims to build a sustainable production system for the future. This initiative is in line with the principles of the SDGs, which have recently become a common goal for the international community.
