With the slogan "Locally Produced, Locally Brewed," this is a truly authentic local sake series brewed using only rice grown locally in Kashiba. Rice grown in the region is used by local breweries to produce sake, which is then sold locally, nationwide, and to the world. The manufacturing process of the Kashiba Mind series has the objectives of "promoting local agriculture," "passing on traditional techniques and culture through sake brewing," and "disseminating Japanese food culture to the world." It embodies the desire to build a sustainable production system for the future by bringing "fulfillment," "pride," and "profit" to the people involved in these processes. This initiative is also in line with the philosophy of the SDGs, which have become a common goal for the international community in recent years.
