The "Sake World Championship," a competition showcasing knowledge, taste, and blending techniques for Japanese sake, will be held in Singapore on February 16, 2025. The winner, Takahiro Iiyama, created the "Tenteki Senseki" blend. Based on the theme of Zen – a sake to enjoy quietly at home – this sake emphasizes a balanced flavor profile with a subdued aroma and the characteristic sweetness and umami of Japanese sake.
