"800 YAO" is the first brewing brand of "LINNÉ," founded in Kyoto in 2024 by Imai, the first master brewer of "WAKAZE," a pioneer in craft sake. The name comes from "yaoyorozu no kami" (eight million gods), meaning "eight hundred" (representing a large number of things). By brewing with koji made from multiple ingredients, not just rice, it unlocks the potential of koji and creates a new concept of sake—a "sake that brews something different."
