The "Kōden" brand, which utilizes sake brewing techniques cultivated since its founding in 1832 (Tenpō 3), is a sake that promises to use 100% Yamada Nishiki rice from Kyoto Prefecture, harvested from contracted farms. The delicious rice, grown using reduced-pesticide organic farming methods, is ideal for sake brewing, and when combined with ultra-soft water used in the brewing process, "Kōden" is born. This sake brings out the inherent deliciousness of the rice and boasts a taste that will impress even sake connoisseurs.
