"Kouden" is a brand that utilizes the sake brewing techniques that have been cultivated since the company's founding in 1832 (Tenpo 3), and is a sake that is committed to using 100% Yamada Nishiki rice from Kyoto Prefecture, which is grown under contract. Delicious rice grown organically with reduced pesticides is ideal for sake brewing, and when it met with super soft brewing water, "Kouden" was born. It is a sake that makes the most of the natural flavor of the rice, and is so delicious that it will impress even the most discerning sake connoisseurs.
