This is a series of sake brewed with a theme, born in Mutobe, Fukuchiyama City. The brewery is located in the Mutobe region of Fukuchiyama City. This sake is made with Mutobe rice, Mutobe water, Mutobe climate, and Mutobe people. The name comes from the "six" in Mutobe and the brewer's desire to "make a sake that goes beyond the five senses and delights the heart (sixth sense) of the drinker." The label is first conceived after deciding on a theme, then the quality of the sake is designed, and finally a specific name is decided.
