This sake is made with Mutobe rice, Mutobe water, Mutobe climate, and Mutobe people. The name comes from the "six" in Mutobe and the brewer's desire to "make a sake that transcends the five senses and delights the heart (sixth sense) of the drinker." The label is first conceived after deciding on a theme, and then the quality of the sake is designed, and finally a specific name is decided.
