"Shotoku" comes from the Zen phrase "Fuku itokusho," which means "Happiness is invited with virtue (happiness is invited with a good heart)." The sake lineup includes Junmai Daiginjo, which has a gorgeous aroma and delicate flavor, as well as Junmai sake with a gentle aroma and soft flavor.
