This sake name has been loved even before it was used as the name of the brewery. "Shotoku" comes from the Zen phrase "Fuku itokusho," which means "Happiness is invited with virtue (happiness is invited with a good heart)." The sake lineup includes Junmai Daiginjo, which has a gorgeous aroma and delicate flavor, as well as Junmai sake with a gentle aroma and soft flavor. It goes well with Kyoto cuisine and can be enjoyed as a sake to be enjoyed with meals. The harmony of rice flavor and acidity is wonderful, and it can be enjoyed both hot and cold. In addition to seasonal limited products, there are also seasonal limited products, and ice cream with the aroma of "Shotoku" sake lees. * Sales will start from Friday, March 15th.
