As a sake brewery whose mission is to protect rice fields, the Odayaka brand supports this by using rice from organic farmers in the prefecture. As this initiative becomes known to customers, the circle expands and leads to purchases, we will be able to take on various challenges to obtain certification for "regenerative organic agriculture" *1, which regenerates the soil and surrounding environment in a healthy way. We use spring water (soft water) from our own mountain for brewing. The taste is soft and gentle, befitting the name Odayaka.
