As a sake brewery whose mission is to protect rice fields, the Odayaka brand supports this by using rice from organic farmers in the prefecture. As this initiative becomes more widely recognized by customers, and this leads to increased purchases, we will be able to take on various challenges to obtain "Regenerative Organic" certification*1, which regenerates the soil and surrounding environment. We use soft spring water from our own mountain for brewing. The Odayaka name is worthy of its soft and gentle flavor.
