Kosoki no Bishu is a brand that only carries domestic vintage sake that has been aged for over 10 years, which is extremely rare. In 2023, the brewery's tanks will be gathered in Kakogawa City, Hyogo Prefecture. The taste that the brewery wants to create will be realized through blending, and it is the first blend of aged sakes aged for over 10 years from multiple breweries in Japan. Please enjoy the new world of aged sake.
