Kokosoki no Biju is a brand that exclusively handles domestic vintage sake that has been aged for over 10 years, making it extremely rare. In 2023, the brewery's tanks were gathered in Kakogawa City, Hyogo Prefecture. The blend allows the brewery to realize the flavor they want to create, and is the first in Japan to blend aged sake from multiple breweries that has been aged for over 10 years.
