The traditional skills of the Kitagawa Honke family have been passed down for over 360 years since the Edo period. The solid traditions and teachings of our ancestors are still alive in our daily sake brewing today. In order to continue to make truly valuable sake, the Kitagawa Honke family has the flexibility to respect the teachings of their ancestors while also proactively adopting the latest technology.
