富翁【北川本家】

地元京都府美山産の酒造好適米「祝」だけで醸した純米吟醸酒です。近年、伏見酒造組合が働きかけ京都府が改良・試験栽培することで、このお米をよみがえらせました。米の味がしっかりしていて濃厚な味に仕上がるのが祝の特徴です。

A Junmai Ginjo sake brewed solely with the sake rice "Iwai" from Miyama, Kyoto Prefecture. In recent years, the Fushimi Sake Brewers Association advocated for the revival of this rice, leading Kyoto Prefecture to improve and test-cultivate it. "Iwai" is characterized by a strong rice flavor, resulting in a rich taste.

白ワインにも似た甘酸っぱい純米酒。フレンチやイタリアンに合わせてグラスでお飲み頂ける、今までにない味わいの日本酒です。「ワイングラスでおいしい日本酒アワード2012」で最高金賞を受賞しました。

A sweet and sour Junmai sake similar to white wine. A new kind of Japanese sake that can be enjoyed by the glass with French or Italian cuisine. It won the highest gold award at the "Delicious Sake in a Wine Glass Award 2012."

富翁　純米酒 プルミエアムール

蔵人たちが精魂込めて伝統の技で醸した「大吟醸山田錦」の原酒そのもの。昔ながらの酒搾りの方法で、もろみの入った酒袋から自然に滴り落ちる雫酒を一斗瓶に貯え、低温で熟成させた極上の酒です。

This is the pure, undiluted "Daiginjo Yamadanishiki" sake, meticulously crafted by the brewery workers using traditional techniques. It's an exquisite sake matured by collecting the natural drip (shizuku sake) from moromi placed in sake bags using the traditional method of sake pressing, stored in 18-liter bottles at low temperatures.

富翁　大吟醸原酒 斗瓶採

A Junmai Ginjo sake made entirely from locally grown 'Iwai' rice in Kyoto's Miyama region. Revived through the collaboration of the Fushimi Sake Brewers Association and Kyoto Prefecture, this rice imparts a full-bodied, rich flavor, emblematic of the 'Iwai' variety.
