The techniques of Kitagawa Honke have been passed down for over 360 years since the Edo period. This solid tradition and the teachings of our predecessors are still alive in our daily sake brewing. In order to continue making truly valuable sake, Kitagawa Honke's strength lies in its flexibility to respect the teachings of our predecessors while also actively incorporating the latest technologies.
