<Product Description> 
Fukuro Shibori is a method where the moromi (fermented mash) is placed in sake bags and allowed to slowly separate into sake lees and clear sake under its own weight. This carefully brewed Junmai Daiginjo is pressed without any added alcohol, made with 100% Yamadanishiki rice from Mie Prefecture. It is a gently sweet sake with an elegant umami flavor.
