<Description of Sake> 
A Junmai Ginjo sake brewed solely with the sake rice "Iwai" from Miyama, Kyoto Prefecture. In recent years, the Fushimi Sake Brewers Association advocated for the revival of this rice, leading Kyoto Prefecture to improve and test-cultivate it. "Iwai" is characterized by a strong rice flavor, resulting in a rich taste.
